Welcome to Fast Shop. By using our services and products, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our software, hardware, IT support, and other services. These terms govern your use of our services and products.

General Terms and Conditions of Trading with Fastshop Technologies Pvt Ltd

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN THE TERMS UNDER WHICH YOU WILL BE BOUND IF YOU PURCHASE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES FROM FASTSHOP TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS REFLECT A BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS TRANSACTIONAL RELATIONSHIP

1. Software Terms and Conditions

1.1 Software Quality and Support

• All software provided by Fast Shop is thoroughly tested to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Each software product comes with one (1) year of free support for bugs and errors discovered post-delivery.
• Beyond the first year, you are required to purchase a support license to continue receiving support services.

1.2 Scope of Support

• Free support and licensed support services are limited to fixing bugs and errors within the scope of the original project requirements.
• Any new development or requirements not specified at the beginning of the project are not included in the support and will incur additional costs.

1.3 Service Level Agreement (SLA)

To ensure a structured approach to issue resolution, Fast Shop follows a tiered priority system for reported issues:

• Priority Level 1 : Issues that stop you from trading. These are treated as urgent and will be addressed as soon as possible.
• Priority Level 2 : Issues affecting your business with available workarounds. These will be resolved within seven (7) days.
• Priority Level 3: Issues that are inconvenient but do not impact trading. These will be addressed within thirty (30) days.

2. Hardware Terms and Conditions

2.1 Hardware Warranty

• Fast Shop supplies brand-new EPOS terminals, printers, scanners, and cash drawers, all of which come with a one (1) year warranty.
• The warranty does not cover wear and tear and will be void if the hardware is not properly maintained.

2.2 Repair and Replacement Policy

• In the event of hardware failure, Fast Shop will send you a replacement kit and expect you to return the faulty hardware for inspection and repair.
• If repair is not possible, we will replace the faulty hardware with a brand-new unit.

2.3 Second-Hand Hardware

• Second-hand hardware is provided with a three (3) month warranty.
• The same repair and replacement rules applicable to brand-new hardware apply to second-hand hardware.

3. IT Support Terms and Conditions

3.1 IT Support Coverage

• Fast Shop offers comprehensive IT support for software, hardware, and network systems.
• Support is provided during our standard operating hours, and urgent issues may be escalated for after-hours resolution based on their priority level.

3.2 Exclusions from IT Support

• Support does not include fixing third-party software or hardware unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Custom configurations, installations, or support for unapproved modifications are outside the scope of our IT support and will be subject to additional charges.

4. Website Design, Branding, and Menu Design Terms

4.1 Proofreading and Approval

• It is the customer’s responsibility to proofread all content, designs, and layouts provided.
• Once approved, any errors or mistakes in printing or publication are the responsibility of the customer.

4.2 Logo Design

• Fast Shop takes a full brief from the customer before commencing logo design.
• We provide five (5) initial layout options. After a layout is selected, you are entitled to up to five (5) consultations and revisions with our designer.
• Additional revisions beyond the five consultations will incur additional costs.

4.3 Website Design

• Fast Shop specializes in eCommerce websites, restaurant booking systems, and basic content websites.
• Standard website terms include:
o Fast Shop retains ownership of design work until full payment is received.
o Post-delivery, any changes to the website outside the agreed scope will incur additional costs.
o Customers are responsible for providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images) unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Call Centre Services

5.1 Service Standards

• Fast Shop operates a call centre to answer phone calls on behalf of takeaway businesses.
• All calls are recorded for monitoring and quality assurance purposes.

5.2 Abusive Behavior

• Fast Shop maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or rude behavior directed at our call centre staff.
• Telephone numbers associated with abusive customers will be barred from future interactions.

5.3 Access to Call Recordings

• Takeaway owners can request recordings of specific calls to resolve disputes with their customers.
• Full access to all recordings can be provided to takeaway owners upon request to review service standards.

6. General Terms and Conditions

6.1 Payment and Fees

• Payment for services and products must be made as per the agreed terms on your invoice or contract.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

6.2 Liability

• Fast Shop is not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data arising from delays, malfunctions, or other issues outside our direct control.

6.3 Changes to Terms

• Fast Shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

7. Governing Law
